Change of variant, taglia or product.

On this page we detail the procedure and all the steps you will follow to effect the change of a product, variant or tag.
Remember that there are 14 days of time to send the package at the moment of the order!

Tips for changing a product:

1. Check and mark correctly the returned product.
2. I will send an email to sales@trapperstore.com with the order number and product so that if you wish to return, you will receive the new product, label or color required.
3. Send the package to the indicated bottom, using the "Poste Italiane" area and the "Posta Raccomandata" shipping method. The shipment will be made to effect the change of the saranno product to our description, "Trapper". We do not assume the cost will be used by another azienda or delivery method.
4. Please send to sales@trapperstore.com a request for the effective shipment with Italian Post and the relative cost. Include the track number.
5. With the shipping price/cost and the shipping price from the Poste Italiane, you will receive the refund of the shipping costs and shipments and new products.
The change will not take effect when:
Il pacco non è ben chiuso o sigillato e non può essere expedito.
The product is received by the final customer.
The customer does not receive the receipt of the order via email or WhatsApp.


The shipment will not be completed in summer when:
The customer does not send via email or WhatsApp the cost of the order.
The customer does not use the "Poste Italiane" shipping area or the "Posta Raccomandata" method.
The customer does not have the order tracking number.

Detailed guide on how to change a product:
To effect the change of a product, it will be necessary to send the return product through the shipping company "Poste Italiane". If Poste Italiane is used and the economical shipping method "Posta Raccomandata", the shipping costs will be free of charge for you and we will not refund the import processing of the payment method used by the order. If another method is used, you will need to cover the shipping costs.
