Change of variant, size or product.

This page details the procedure and all the steps to follow to change a product, variant or size.
Remember that you have 14 days to send the order back from the delivery!

Key points to change a product:

  1. Close and seal the product to be returned correctly.
  2. Send an email to sales@trapperstore.com with the order number and the products to be returned, as well as the new product, size, and color desired.
  3. Send the order to the address detailed below, using the company "Correos España" and  the shipping method"Registered letter ". The shipping costs when exchanging the product will be borne by our "Trapper". We are not responsible for the costs if you use another company or courier method.
  4. Attach to sales@trapperstore.com a proof of postage and the cost of shipping. Attach the tracking number.
  5. With proof of shipping/cost and receipt of the order by Correos, the refund of shipping costs will be made and the new products will be shipped.

The change will not be made when:

  • The package is not well closed or sealed, and cannot be sent.
  • The product is received damaged by the end customer.
  • The client does not attach the proof of delivery by mail/whatsapp.

Shipping costs will not be refunded when:

  • The client does not attach the shipping cost by mail/whatsapp.
  • The customer does not send the product with the courier company "Correos España" or the "standard shipping" method.
  • The customer does not attach the order tracking number.

Detailed guide on how to change a product:

To exchange a product, it will be necessary for you to send us the product back through the courier company "Correos España". If you use the Spain postal method and  the standard shipping method "Registered letter", the shipping costs will be free and we will pay it to your payment method which made the order. If you use another method, you will have to pay the shipping cost. In order to make the return, we need you to send the products to our postal address that we will inform you below. Remember that it is very important that the order is correctly closed and sealed. In addition, we ask that all correct products without defects are included. 

Once the shipment has been made,

  • We need a receipt or screenshot that the return shipment has been made (Image of the receipt, payment, etc.).

With this proof and the verification by the post office that the order is in good condition and can be shipped, we will reimburse you for the assumed shipping costs, and we will also send you the new product.

Please, before sending the return, We need you to reply to sales@trapperstore.com with the following information:

  • Order number.
  • Products that you will return and want to change
  • The new size (or color) you want for each product you want to change.
