Return guarantee

As a customer you have the right of 14 days from the delivery of the order to return the product and request a refund or exchange of the products purchased.  Within these 14 days, the reshipment of the products must be managed!

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different color, size or item, you can easily process this on our email: sales@trapperstore.com. The shipping costs when exchanging the product will be borne by our "Trapper".

The subject should be: "Exchange ORDER # - "FIRST AND LAST NAME". The message must contain the description of the reason for which you want to make the change and the new size that is requested.

you are 14 days from when the order was delivered to notify it and send the product. 

As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will process it and arrange a new order for the preferred items.

Returns for product reasons.

We get it, sometimes you've ordered something that doesn't fit well and you want your money back. As long as an item is in its original condition and packaging, you can return it within our return policy. 

Our policy is as follows:

- you are 14 days from the delivery of the order to return the product.  If the shipment of the item(s) is notified and managed within 14 days after delivery or availability of the items for collection, we will refund the full amount of the order through the original method of payment. The shipping costs when returning the product will be borne by the requesting client.

- After 14 days, If the shipment of the item (s) is managed within 15 and 45 days upon delivery or availability of the items for collection, we will give you a Trapper Clothing gift voucher* in an amount equal to the price you paid for the item.

In case you have ordered several items, these established periods start from the moment you have received the last product. Returned items that we receive after the stated periods will not be accepted.

To process the return you must contact: email. sales@trapperstore.com 

The subject must be: "Return ORDER# - "NAMEANDSURNAME". The message must contain the description of reason the which you want to make the change and the new size requested.

Unfortunately gift items cannot be refunded.

Defective products

We are sorry to hear if you have received a defective or damaged item. Please contact us at sales@trapperstore.com with your order number and pictures of the damage and we will investigate to resolve the issue.

The subject must be: "Defective product #ORDER NUMBER - "NAME AND LAST NAME"

In order to receive the full refund, it will be necessary to provide the screenshots and the evidences within a period of 14 days after we send you an email requesting said information. 

After 14 days no order will be refunded or changed.
