Return and refund order
Key points to return a product:
- Close and seal the product to be returned correctly.
- Send an email to sales@trapperstore.com with the order number and the products to be returned.
- Send the order to the address detailed below, using the company "Correos España" and the standard shipping method "Certified letter or ordinary letter". We are not responsible for the costs if you use another company or courier method.
- Attach to sales@trapperstore.com a proof of postage and the cost of shipping. Attach the tracking number.
- With the proof of shipment/cost and the receipt of the order by Correos, the refund of the shipping costs and the total will be made to the payment method that I used when placing the order.
The refund will not be made when:
- The package is not well closed or sealed, and cannot be sent.
- The product is received damaged by the end customer.
- The client does not attach the proof of delivery by mail/whatsapp.
Shipping costs will not be refunded when:
- The client does not attach the shipping cost by mail/whatsapp.
- The client does not send the product with the courier company "Correos España" or the method Standard shipping "Certified letter or ordinary letter".

Detailed guide on how to change a product:
To return a product, it will be necessary for you to send us the product back through the courier company "Correos España". If you use the Spain postal method and the standard shipping method, the shipping costs will be free and we will credit it to your payment method which you placed the order. If you use another method, you will have to pay the shipping cost. In order to make the return, we need you to send the products to our postal address that we will inform you below. Remember that it is very important that the order is correctly closed and sealed. In addition, we ask that all correct products without defects are included.
Once the shipment has been made,
- We need a receipt or screenshot that the return shipment has been made (Image of the receipt, payment, etc.).
With this proof and the verification by the post office that the order is in good condition and can be sent, we will refund the assumed shipping costs, and the total cost of the order.
