Return and refund method
This page details the procedure and all the steps to follow in order to make a return and request a refund.
Remember that you have 14 days to send the order back from the delivery date! Return shipping costs will be borne by the requesting customer.
Key points for returning a product:
- Properly close and seal the product to be returned.
- Send an email to sales @trapperstore .com with the order number and the products you will be returning.
- Send the order to the address detailed below. We recommend using the economical shipping method. The return shipping costs will be borne by the requesting customer.
- Attach to sales @trapperstore .com proof of the shipment and the shipping cost. Includes the tracking number.
- With the shipping proof/cost and the receipt of the order, a full refund will be made to the payment method used when placing the order.
Refunds will not be issued when:
- The package is not properly closed and sealed and cannot be shipped.
- The product is received damaged by the customer.
- The customer does not attach proof of shipment via email/WhatsApp.

Detailed guide on how to exchange a product:
Remember, it is very important that the package is properly closed and sealed. We also kindly request that all correct and undamaged products be included.
Once the shipment is made:
- We need proof or a screenshot showing that the return has been made (picture of the receipt, payment, etc.).
- With this proof and the verification from Correos that the order is in good condition and can be shipped, we will issue a full refund of the order cost.
